How did you get inside? Did you read my mind? I've been falling since seven. I've been falling forever. No, it didn't take much.
Hector Malcolm Wallace
NAME; Wallace Malcolm Hector. But that's Mr. Hector to you!
AGE; Twenty-eight.
SEXUALITY; Although he hardly feels compelled to anyone, it's easier just to say bisexual.
BIRTHDAY; 16th November
NATIONALITY; British. Born in England. ____________________________________________ LIKES. Quiet. Reading. Solving problems. Biro pens. Swings. Walks. Sweet foods.
DISTASTES. Pop-culture. Rainy days. Sloppiness. Cats.
Smiling. Illogical decisions.
POWER. N/A
OCCUPATION. Basically a teacher, but also doubles as a consultant and therapist. He lends an ear to the children. Then continues to ignore them. When he isn't pretending to look interested, he is teaching psychology.
ACTIVITIES.
Wallace doesn't have many hobbies, so doesn't have a lot to get his hands dirty in. Most of his spare time is used on reading or going for strolls. Occasionally he does do a few extra lessons.
PERSONALITY. A personality is exactly what Mr. Hector is lacking. He seems very cold, easy to judge by his outward appearance. He has a calm yet serous energy around him and the frown on his face is beginning to look permanent. It's hard to tell if he is enjoying something, or putting up with it. Truth be told, he enjoys working. Everything, his wardrobe, his bed, his desk is neat and clean. He likes to reminisce, and can often be seen sitting in his chair, gazing at nothing.
His coldness doesn't make him a people-person, despite this he has always been interested in the human mind which lead to his career. Wallace isn't one to draw attention to himself, he'd much rather be a shadow in the background. Interacting with other people outside the manner of professionalism is very difficult for him to do, although sometimes he does like to make the sarcastic comment. Everything about him is quite robotic, emotions aren't correctly displayed and it's difficult to tell what he is thinking with that blunt expression.
He is used to telling people what to do. There is probably more to him than his outward appearance.
APPEARANCE. To match his coldness, Wallace has a tall willowy frame. Nothing catches your eye in his appearance (aside from his slightly pointed nose) and he seems quite monochrome. Black hair, pale blue eyes, black suits. He is very neatly groomed, a feature of him that is constant. Even if you catch him in his nightwear. There is not a single hint of stubble on his face and his skin is as smooth as butter.
His usual attire composes of a dress-shirt, grey trousers with suspenders and a grey jacket to match. There are times he treats himself and lets himself wear his navy-blue tie, though usually he just has an open collar. On those particularly hot days he forgets the jacket. Where there is Wallace, there isn't jeans and t-shirts! Of course working in a school doesn't give him the freedom to wear whatever he chooses, but this is actually what he chooses to wear.
HISTORY. Wallace was born to a small family of three, his mother, his father and his grandmother. It is hard to imagine that he was ever a child, but trust me, he was once. His mother smothered him in love in every second of the day. His father was hard-working and supported his family well. The grandmother was, well, the grandmother. Wallace received a high education and worked as hard as his father. Perhaps his life is as boring as his personality. Nothing terribly exciting happened. He got on well with other children. He wasn't bullied. He never had any troubles. His parents never divorced. His grandma never turned into a witch.
This happy illusion didn't last for long. One unfortunate day Wallace, aged thirteen, came home to his father and grandmother only. The memory was vague and he cannot claim how he felt when he mother was proclaimed dead (his father, doing his best to protect his child, would not say exactly how). It was easier than for Wallace to grow slightly spiteful and continue life from there. He followed his fathers footsteps and worked hard. Just when it seemed his life was draining of colour his found himself spending a lot of time with one of his patients. A woman diagnosed as clinically insane and suffering from insomnia.
Aged twenty-two, Wallace married Little-Miss-Insanity. Although he could say he was happy with her, he could never say she was happy with him. Their love was indeed special and confusing, the woman who married him gradually became worse and worse. Just like his mother, one day she just died. Only this time he knew how. It was probably this death that shut him into his shell the most. He put his main focus into work, and winded up here.
