Hello, here are our rules for affiliating, our code and form can be found below.

• No site rated higher than PG-13/14. Basically, no super, mega violence, gore, and no porn of any kind.
  
• Our affiliate banner must be up when I check your site, or else your application will be deleted.
  
• Where we put you, you must put us. So if you request to be in static, our banner better be in static on your site.
  

Now this would be the form you fill out.

[b]Your Affiliate Code[/b]:
[b]Where would you like to be put?[/b]: Static or Scrolling.
[b]Is our banner on your site?[/b]: This better be a yes, we will check too.
